Marvellous and top location, lovely area. Very easy to get from London City airport, just 20 km. Luxurious and amazing room & exceptionally comfortable bed. A work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and multi-channel TV were convenient.

The room was a nice size, and we were provided with a very comfy huge bed and thoughtful touches, as example. Absolutely perfect and perfectly comfortable location quite close to a town square. Also - just off the upper end of the shopping and tube station and the theatre, Michelin star restaurants, shopping and all the major parks of london.

location - Mayfair, Regent St. and Oxford St. around the corner. Staff is very friendly, rooms are quiet, wifi works really well, overall a fab experience.
Hotel staff was very friendly, but could be a bit more attentive (had to ask 3 times for my bag to be brought up, and took them close to half an hour), and the room maids called me 4 times asking if I needed anything when I had thanked them during the first call already ;-)

the surroundings were very welcoming, the staff where excellent and never hesitated to go out of their way to assist you with anything. breakfast and dinner in their restaurant was lovely.

The location was incredible, with a short walk to quiet Mayfair, Hyde Park, Soho, Covent Garden. We had goodies and coffee at L'eto Caffe, which was located close to the venue.- The service was top-notch with a speedy check-in.

Came from France for a 3-day vacation with 4 teenagers to discover London. Everybody enjoyed the stay at the hotel which is so British and the staff who was really kind and helpful with each of us. Really nice and pleasant experience.
My kids play chess and the hotel didn't have any chess game

We loved the original Old English Decor and the wonderful Mayfair location.
The room seemed a bit pricey, but was probably in keeping with the area.
